“I have felt more connected to myself - connected to my emotions, become more aware of my surroundings, behaviours and choices. It feels as if the world has slowed down around me and I am living more in each moment, consciously. I have learnt what the word compassion really means. Being kinder to myself by showing myself compassion. When bad thoughts arise, or I fail at things, rather than talk to myself in a mean way, I sit in the compassion and show myself love. This has been beautiful.”
